We have an open position (fully funded) in the area of “Digital Systems Design and/or Quantum
Computing”
. Circuits and Systems Lab (Prof. Yeongkyo Seo) is looking for an excellent Ph.D.
(min 4 years course) and combined MS-Ph.D. (min 5 years course) students in Electrical and
Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related discipline. Depending on the
student’s experience and interests, the student will start working in one of the following research
fields supported by National Research Foundation of Korea.

1. Understanding of digital systems
including communication systems, image/video processing systems, and/or quantum computing,

2. In-depth knowledge of RTL level design and optimization

3. Experienced in Verilog (mandatory), and/or programming languages (C or C++ or Python or MATLAB)

4. English score: Official TOEIC 820, IELTS 7, or TOEFL IBT 92 score

5. Candidates must finish his/her Bachelor or Master program (Computer Science and
Engineering, or Electronic/ Electrical Engineering) before Aug. 2025 with (equivalent GPA >= 80/100)

6. Must have a good team attitude and incomparable work ethic.
