Crystal growth of III-V semiconductor using MOCVDFabrication of semiconductor devices using cleanroom facilitiesOptical and electrical characterization of III-V semiconductor devices
About
We seek highly motivated graduate students to conduct research in the field of nanostructured semiconductor materials and optoelectronic devices. The graduate student mainly grow III-V based optoelectronic devices (e.g., infrared photodetector, lasers etc.) using metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) reactor. This includes conducting device fabrication and characterization. Demonstrated creativity and independent research ability are preferred. Financial support will be provided from the government research project.
